Terms of Service

Unblockr.net ("the Website") provides subscription-based VPN and Smart DNS services ("the Services"). These Terms of Service ("the Agreement") govern your use of the Services and your relationship with Unblockr ("we", "us", "our").

By activating or using the Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you are acting on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to do so and that the company is bound by these terms.

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted to the Website. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. It is your responsibility to check for updates.

You agree to use the Services in accordance with all applicable laws. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Sending unsolicited bulk messages or spam through the Services
• Transmitting or distributing illegal content of any kind, including child sexual abuse material
• Uploading, downloading, or distributing copyrighted content without the rights holder's permission
• Attempting to access systems or devices without authorisation
• Using the Services to defraud any individual or organisation
• Interfering with or disrupting other users' access to the Services
• Transmitting content that is threatening, abusive, harassing, hateful, or defamatory
• Any other unlawful use

We do not control, and are not responsible for, any data, content, services, or products you access, download, receive, or purchase while using the Services. Your decision to access third-party content via the Services is entirely at your own risk and discretion.

We are not a publisher of third-party content and accept no responsibility for its accuracy, legality, or delivery. You are responsible for paying any fees owed to third-party services you access via the Services.

Technical support we provide for selective IP anonymisation is offered strictly for privacy optimisation purposes and does not constitute an endorsement of any third-party domain, service, or content.

We operate a strict no-logs policy. We do not record your activity, connection times, IP addresses, or traffic. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

If you choose to provide personal information to third-party services whilst using Unblockr, how those third parties handle your information is governed by their own policies — not ours.

We are bound to comply with lawful legal notices delivered to us from private or public sources. Where required, we may need to restrict access to certain content, domains, or transmissions in order to comply with applicable law or protect the Services and our users.

Compliance with a legal notice does not entitle you to a refund where the Services continue to function for other purposes. If the Services are discontinued entirely for legal reasons, standard cancellation and refund terms apply as of the date of discontinuation.

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind — express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.

Service disruptions are a foreseeable aspect of any internet-based service. Dissatisfaction with service quality is subject to our cancellation and refund policy rather than any separate warranty claim.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you — for all claims, damages, and causes of action — shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 30 days prior to the date of your claim.

We aim to keep the Services available at all times, except for limited maintenance windows. However, availability may be affected by factors outside our control, including third-party failures, network issues, interference, or emergencies.

We are not liable for data loss, delayed or undelivered content, or any harm arising from service interruptions. We reserve the right to impose usage limits, suspend service, or restrict certain usage to protect users and the network.

Your service is activated upon receipt of successful payment confirmation, and your billing cycle begins on that date.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel at any time. Log in to your account, go to your profile, and click Cancel on the first tab. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.

Refunds

Email billing@unblockr.net with your account details and we will process your refund within 7 days. Refunds are issued for unused paid time at our discretion.

Termination for breach

If your account is terminated due to a breach of this Agreement, the termination is treated as a cancellation effective on the date of termination. No refund will be issued in this case.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. You are liable for any unauthorised use of your account until you notify us in writing at support@unblockr.net.

You are responsible for ensuring your registration information remains accurate and up-to-date.

Using the Services to infringe on copyright, trademark, or any other intellectual property right is a serious breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account termination.

You agree not to use your account to access third-party fee-based content without appropriate authorisation or compensation to the content provider.

If any term in this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms continue in full force and effect.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with those laws.
